Much as with acting, the lion’s share of my directing work has been in the realm of classical theatre, from Shakespeare to Strindberg to Feydeau. Though I do have occasional forays into more contemporary fair (getting to direct Cincy Shakes annual production of the unabashedly silly Every Christmas Story Ever Told is a highlight of my holidays). I strive to create a fun and collaborative rehearsal room, and have been truly blessed to work with some absolutely astounding ensembles and designers, whose skill and creativity have brought to life some remarkably rich and memorable worlds.
